14 sushi, Japanese, Thai and other Asian restaurants in Knoxville with hours from their own sites: Gay Street, the Old City, Kingston Pike and Cedar Bluff.

Last checked Oct. 18, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Knoxville’s sushi and Asian restaurants cluster downtown, on Gay Street and in the Old City, and in west Knoxville around Cedar Bluff, where North Peters Road and Town and Country Circle hold a ramen shop, a sushi bar and a contemporary Asian kitchen. Kingston Pike has Thai, sushi and a P.F. Chang’s from Bearden west, and Kern’s Food Hall has sushi and stir-fry counters.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with a Knoxville address, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website or chain location page on Oct. 18, 2026. We added the Bearden and downtown Nama Sushi Bar restaurants from Nama’s own site, and Zukku Sushi and WokXville from the Kern’s Food Hall vendor pages. We left out places with no website of their own, two whose web addresses now belong to someone else, and chain pages that would not load for us. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
