Six Knoxville bakeries with hours from their own sites: bread, croissants, cookies, donuts and custom cakes on North Central, at Kern's and in the west.

Last checked Oct. 18, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Knoxville’s bakeries are spread out. Kern’s Food Hall in South Knoxville, inside the former Kern’s Bakery building, has three counters for donuts, cookies and sweets. North Central Street has a pastry and pie bakery, and west Knoxville has a bread bakery off Middlebrook Pike and a cake bakery on Kingston Pike.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with a Knoxville address, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 18, 2026. OpenStreetMap had few bakeries, so we added Wild Love Bakehouse and Flour Head Bakery from their own sites and the Kern’s counters from the Kern’s Food Hall vendor pages. We left out a cake shop whose site gives no address, places with no website of their own, and chain pages that would not load for us. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
